Follow these steps to browse, order, pay, and receive your handmade bouquets from Lilybloom. Simple and secure.
Visit our Shop or home page to explore handmade flower bouquets and arrangements. Click any product to view details, photos, variants (such as color and size), and prices in NPR.
Filter by category and add items to your cart directly from the product page.
Select your preferred variant (if available) and click « Add to Cart ». You can add multiple items and adjust quantities from your Cart page.
To remove an item, open the cart and use the remove (trash) icon on the top right of each item.
You need to be signed in to checkout and place an order. If you don’t have an account, create one and then sign in. Your cart is saved while you browse.
Customers and admins use the same sign-in page; you’ll be redirected based on your account type.
Go to Cart, review your items and totals (subtotal and total in NPR). Click « Proceed to Checkout », enter your full name, email, and phone, add any order notes if needed, and place the order.
Double-check your contact details so we can reach you about your order or delivery.
We accept payment by bank transfer (or as stated on the site). After placing the order, go to « My Orders » from the menu or your profile. Open the order and upload a photo or screenshot of your payment proof (for example, a bank receipt).
You can re-upload proof if needed until we confirm payment. The order will stay in « Awaiting payment » or « Payment proof submitted » until we update it.
Our team verifies your payment and updates the order status (for example, Payment received → Processing). You’ll see status updates in « My Orders ». We then prepare your items and arrange delivery.
If we need clarification, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided.
Once your order is shipped, we update the status (for example, Shipped or On the way). You can track the order and view any notes (such as ETA) in « My Orders ». Delivery is completed as per our delivery policy.
Keep your order number handy for any follow-up or questions.
When the order is delivered and closed, the status will show as « Delivered » or « Completed ». If you have any issues or want to leave a review, you can do so from the product page.
